Applicable Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Products returned after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Eligible scenarios
- Products arrive damaged, defective, or with incorrect specifications (wrong size, color, or style) due to our error.
- Unused, unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact (for customer-initiated returns due to personal preference).

Ineligible scenarios
- Products have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
- Customized products (if applicable).
Steps for Customers to Initiate Returns & Exchanges

Submit a return request
Contact our customer service team at service@dubeni.com with your order number, product photos (showing condition), and detailed reason for return/exchange within the 30-day eligible period.

Receive return authorization and shipping address
After verifying your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a dedicated return shipping address via email within 1-2 business days.
- IMPORTANT: Do NOT ship the product back to the original shipping address (the address your order was sent from). Returns sent to the original address will not be processed, and we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Ship the product back
Pack the eligible product securely with original tags and packaging, and affix the RA number prominently on the package. Ship the product to the dedicated address provided in our email.
Fees & Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Return shipping fee: We cover 100% of the return shipping cost for all eligible returns and exchanges. You do not need to pay any shipping fees.
- Return processing fee: No return processing fee will be charged for any eligible returns or exchanges.
Processing of Returns & Refunds

Inspection period
Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the product within 2-3 business days to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria.

Refund process
- If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original PayPal account within 1 business day after inspection.
- Refund processing time: 1-2 business days after the refund is initiated. The exact timeline depends on PayPal’s processing speed, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Exchange process
For exchange requests, we will ship the replacement product to you via standard shipping within 1 business day after approving the return, with no additional shipping fees.
Important Notes
- All return requests must include a valid RA number; returns without an RA number will be rejected.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping if the package is not packed securely or the RA number is missing.
- Refund timelines are estimates and may be affected by delays from PayPal.
